I’m Li Hua. I’m writing to apply for the position as a secretary that was advertised on the website of your company. Here are my qualifications.

To begin with, I got excellent grades. It’s critical for new graduates to find a job. Although knowledge from textbooks is limited, it’s helpful for us at least. What’s more, I’m good at communicating and I can communicate in English. I also studied many communicational skills. Finally, I’m outgoing and friendly. I can easily make quite a few friends. Therefore, the position of secretary is more than fit for me.
