英语大数字的读法规则

一.1000以上的基数词的表示法：先从右至左数，每三位数加一个逗号（即以此把数目分为若干段）。第一个逗号前的数为thousand(千），第二个逗号前的数为million（百万），第三个逗号前的数为billion（十亿）。

例如：8,456——eight thousand, four hundred and fifty-six 36,789——thirty-six thousand, seven hundred and eighty-nine 30,345,130——thirty million, three hundred and forty-five thousand,one hundred and thirty

23,456,342,456——twenty-threebillion, four hundred and fifty-six million, three hundred and forty-two thousand, four hundred and fifty-six 二. 大数字表达的注意事项

1.英语中没有“万”这个单位，要表示“万”的话就要借助“千”——1万=10个1千。

例如：1万——ten thousand 十万——hundred thousand（百个一千）


（注意：具体的大数字表达在hundred、thousand等单位词后面不能加s来表示复数。）

三.hundred/thousand加s的情况(模糊表达的时候要加上s） 例如：成百上千——hundreds of…… 成千上万——tens of thousands of……
