I have a friend, whose name is Tom. He is a brave boy. He has a strong will.

Last summer, he went to the beach with his family. He wanted to try surfing. He was so excited. He put on his swimming suit and went into the sea. But he was not a good swimmer. He was in danger. He was about to drown.

But Tom didn't give up. He kept trying. He kept swimming. Finally, he got to the shore. He was very tired, but he was very happy.

Tom's strong will helped him get out of danger. I admire him very much. I hope I can also have a strong will like him.
