一、重点单词与短语

【精解】lit takes sb．some time+to do sth．为固定句式，意为“花费某人多长时间做某事”。it是形式主语，动词不定式为真正的主语。

【辨析】take，spend与cost

take所采用的句式为上面所讲述的句式；spend的句式为：spend some time on sth．或spend some time

(in)doing sth．，主语为“人”；而cost的主语必须是“物”。

①常用来表示过去的意志、愿望，意为“想，愿”。 He said that he would help me．他说他愿意帮助我。 ②用于虚拟语气，意为“会„„”。

③在疑问句中would与第二人称连用表示客气的请求，语气委婉，意为“请„„好吗”。 Would you please pass me that book?请你递给我那本书好吗?

④常用结构为：would like愿意；想要would rather do宁愿做„„
