一，什么是主系表结构

英语句子结构大致可分为主谓宾结构（大部分）和主系表结构。简单讲：如果一句话，有且只有一个系动词be(am,is 或are )，那这句话就是主系表结构。

二，系动词的确定

根据：I是am,you是are,单是is,复是are来确定。 试完成下列句子： 1，I ______ a boy. 2, You ______ a girl. 3, You _______ friends. 4, She ______ my mother.

5, _______ your father a teacher? Yes, he ______. 6, Tom and I ______ friends.

7, ______these your books? Yes, they ______. 8, _______those his erasers? No, they ______.

三，主系表结构的句型转换

主系表结构的句型转换，在系动词be (am,is ,are )上做文章。 （一） 将陈述句转换为一般疑问句，并做肯定和否定回答：将系动词提在主语之前，用yes

和no 回答。 1， This is my ruler. ______________________________________ 2， That is my friend. ______________________________________ 3， These are pencil cases.______________________________________ 4， Those are English books. ______________________________________ 5， They are good. ______________________________________ （二） 将陈述句转换为否定句：在系动词后加not.

1, This is my ruler. ______________________________________ 2, That is my friend. ______________________________________ 3, These are pencil cases. ______________________________________ 4, Those are English books. ______________________________________ 5, They are good. ______________________________________

（三） 对划线部分提问，也就是变成特殊疑问句：根据划线部分，用特殊疑问词

what,where,how 之类疑问词提问，基本结构为：特殊疑问词+系动词+主语+其他？

1, This is a book.. ______________________________________ 2, That is an eraser. ______________________________________

3,The book is on the dresser. ______________________________________ 4, The books are under the table. ______________________________________ 5, I’m fine. ______________________________________






单复数转换

一， 英语和汉语的区别之一：名词和代词的单复数。英语中的可数名词和代词

（I,you,he,she,it）相应的单复数形式，如a pen---two pens, this is ---these are (注：名词单复数变化见书P94-95)

二， 主系表结构的句子一定要注意：主语，系动词和表语单复数必须保持一致。
